I design systems that help companies make better decisions at scale. I untangle messy workflows, align teams that don’t naturally to talk to each other and turn ambiguity into products that feel obvious once they exist.

Since 2022, I’ve been leading design for Zeitview’s Property platform; transforming it from a simple inspection viewer into an enterprise decision engine used by Fortune 500 companies to understand risk, cost, and opportunity across thousands of assets. My work has shaped the roadmap, unified the design system across different business lines, and helped win and retain key accounts like Walmart.

My background blends strategy and craft. Before Zeitview, I worked across Visa, Microsoft, and creative agencies including VML, Publicis, Laundry Service, and 72&Sunny—building products and narratives where design thinking met business storytelling.

My training is a mix of product management and human-centered systems design, with graduate work at the University of Washington, MIT, and VCU Brandcenter. That foundation helps me connect design decisions to ROI, not just aesthetics.
